Academic Programs

Degree and certificate programs in Learning & Organizational Change are offered at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Each program places a strong emphasis on the application of theory to practice in many contexts. Our coursework features a robust combination of foundational theory, current applications, and experiential learning. In addition to coursework, students are invited to take part in the Center's research and publication development.

As part of both the graduate and undergraduate programs, students also complete a for-credit internship in a Chicago-area organization. Many opportunities also exist for involvement in thought leadership through research apprenticeships, independent studies, and capstone projects. In addition to our degree programs, the Center collaborates with students from the Learning Sciences M.A. and Ph.D. programs. Students from these programs may take part in LOC courses and research initiatives.
