what we do

The goal of our community is to improve the performance of workplace organizations through working with faculty from Northwestern and other institutions. These scholars partner with practitioners from across sectors to conduct research, teach and attend courses, and analyze and design solutions to business problems by applying a lens of learning and knowledge creation.

The Center is housed in the School of Education and Social Policy at Northwestern University.
