Who We Are What We Do Get Involved |
Our ValueOur community provides both access and influence. In the spirit of cognition, learning and design, we practice what we preach. The Center involves users and customers at the front end so they can influence our research and curriculum. Partners and students involved with the Center also have opportunities to access cutting edge research, generate thought leadership, collaborate to form new ideas, share ideas and practices with the community and spread knowledge to the outside world. In addition, partners of the Center have access to our graduate and undergraduate students. These students are not only a job pipeline for future employment, but can help our partners with projects while in the program. Because of the students’ unique view and approach, the partner organizations can start to adopt this and bring it into their organization. In the end, we help our community think about their work in new ways,
build new relationships, design change, and create new methods for delivering
results in complex and changing environments where old practices are
no longer effective.
